Fit Moms a New Craze? I Think Not!

The Wall Street Journal labeled 2012 as the “Year of the Fit Mom.” Funny, my friends, who are 1970s babies, and I have been fit moms for about 14 years. I was a three sport athlete in high school (volleyball, basketball, and track) and a College Division I volleyball player.
